This is one of the most popular games among up-country Thai boys because it’s simple and full of fun.
HOW TO MAKE A HORSE AND PLAY : Use the whole length of fresh banana’s
leaf stalk. Trim off the leaf and keep some at distal end to make tail. At about one foot away from the proximal end. where head of the horse will be made, make 2 lateral flaps of about 4 inches long toward the head
end then bend the stalk to make head and ears. Pierce through the head and neck with wooden stick to keep it bent. Fasten a strap around as a bridle to rein the horse while trotting and galloping away with joy.
