HOW TO PLAY :
STEP 1 To pick the first player : hold all 5 pieces of stone in one hand, toss them up gently about 4-6 inches high, quickly flip the palm over to receive all of them by the back of the hand and stay put so that none falls off. Toss them up again then flip the palm back to catch them all. One who fetches more pieces plays first.
STEP 2 Throw all of the stones on the floor in such a way that they are well apart. Pick up one as a
“leader”. Toss the leader up high enough so that he can pick up a piece on the floor easily then catch the leader mid-air. Repeat doing so until finishing up all of them.
STEP 3 Repeat step 2 but pick up 2 pieces at a time.
STEP 4 Again repeat step 2 by picking either 1 piece first them followed by 3 pieces or vice versa.
STEP 5 Take all 5 pieces in hand, put 4 on the floor in group, toss the leader up, collect all 4 at one then catch the leader.
RULES 1. must not miss catching the leader at any step.
2. must pick up correct number of stone in each step.
3. must not touch the near by pieces while picking.
Failure to observe any of the above rules, the player is then
“dead”and must allow the next one to play.
