in the subject line. The foramt of Your email was recognized by
our system as spamming. Please change the format of Your email
from html into txt format only without any advertisements or emoticons.
We sent a reply but you did not receive it because: You gave me
the wrong return email address Your spam blocker blocked our email
Your inbox is full. Your email is not receiving emails for another
reason.
In 100% of cases when customers
do not recieve return emails from us, the reason is one of the
above presented.
Please verify you or Your
friend can send an email to Your to the email address You provided
to me. If in doubt, have a friend whose email is known to work,
email us. If you think us Ultima Travel email is not working,
please also try

There is no point in sending
me emails saying please reply to my email or if
I dont get an email from you soon Im going to ...
if your email does not work. Also, there is no point in waiting
a week then sending another email from the same broken email address.
It is very frustrating for me and you. IF YOU DO NOT GET AN EMAIL
FROM US IN 24 HRS, PLEASE RECHECK OUR EMAIL PROBLEMS FIRST, WE
CANNOT CONTACT YOU IF YOUR EMAIL DOES NOT WORK!
If there is a problem with
email and You need to call me, you can phone me in Thailand at
66-22546078 . >From the US , dial 01166-2546078 in the late
evening (after 9pm) and from Europe 0066-2546078 in the morning.
Or you can email us from Your phone number and we will attempt
to call you.
We use the most reliable
web hosting and email service in America (www.hostgator.com) so
you can be sure the problem is not on our side.
Recently we have had a lot of trouble contacting
hotmail (mail.ru, gazeta.pl; yahoo.com; hotmail) users, I assume
because the servers are blocking mail from our ( Thailand side)
server or our IP provider. If you use hotmail and do not receive
a timely reply, please try another free email provider such as
google (gmail.com).
Customer service is our number one priority
so please contact us if you have a problem. I want every one of
