Location

In the gulf of Siam, about 700 kilometers southeast of Bangkok. Once isolated, it is now easily accessible by air or by sea. From the mainland city of Surathani, there are many available options for reaching the island by boat or ferry, or fly direct to Samui via Bangkok Airways, which operates several flights daily ( just 70 minutes flying time from Bangkok)
