  • We do not charge any fees for making your reservation at the hotel. If you cancel or change however, we need to charge you a fee of 7.- US$ (Administrative Charges). For details please see below.

  • We confirm all individual reservations through e-mail in 3 working days.

  • Usually, we invoice credit card companies from 3 to 7 business days before your reservation starts - for details read your reservation confirmation email. Please keep in mind that when you receive a confirmation, we first check with the credit card companies that your credit card is valid. At that point the amount for your reservation is BLOCKED (not charged) on your credit card. The credit card company charges you only when it received an invoice from us - which is about from 3 to 7 working days before the reservation starts ( depends on hotels/season requirements ).
  • In case the service(s) you have purchased is (are) mishandled, we will replace it with an equivalent or higher type(s) of service(s).

    Cancellation Policy. If you make your reservation and cancel from 3 to 7 or more business days before your reservation is due, we will charge your credit card 7 USD administrative fee. However, if you cancel your reservation less than 3 working days before your reservation, we will charge you for the first unused hotel night. Consequently, be sure that your travel plans are quite solid before using our service. To cancel, please use the cancellation form - for details read your reservation confirmation email.

General Cancellation Rules:

  • If notification of cancellation is received from 3 to 7 or more working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. : A 7 USD Administrative Charge will be levied.

  • If notification of cancellation is received less than from 3 to 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 3% PLUS 7 USD Administrative Charge PLUS one night room charge will be levied. - for details read your reservation confirmation email.

Refund Policy

  • No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has been commenced in respect of any activities, accommodation, meals or other services not utilized.

Delivery of Travel Documents

  • For delivery of Travel Tickets and Vouchers you will be charged according to DHL (IMS) tariff

  • FAX FORM : If you don't want to your CC details send to us via Internet - Please click here to get our Credit Card Fax Form, print it, fill the form and send to us by fax for a secure way to send your credit card details. We accept Visa, JCB, Master and American Express Cards.

2. Payment by Bank Transfer:

The full payment of your travel arrangements is usually required
latest 14 days (2 weeks) before commencement of our services- for details read your reservation confirmation email. . Payment can be made by Bank Transfer to our account:
