Payment Terms & Conditions

General

• Bookings are GUARANTEED - without credit card pre-payments
• We do not bargain further.
• The rates include service (10%) and VAT (7%).  Hotel published rates do not include service and VAT.
• The rates include AMERICAN BREAKFAST (ABF). Other offers on the Internet may not include any breakfast at all - Hotel published rates do not include ABF. (more or less 150.- / 300.- Baht).
• We do not charge any fees for making your tour package reservation.
• We confirm all individual reservations through e-mail in 4 working days.
• In case the service(s) you have purchased is (are) mishandled, we will replace it with an equivalent or higher type(s) of service(s).

Cancellation Policy.

• If notification of cancellation is received 3 or more working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. : A 7 USD Administrative Charge will be levied.
• If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 3% PLUS 7 USD Administrative  Charge PLUS one night room charge will be levied.

Refund Policy

• No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has been commenced in respect of any activities, accommodation, meals or other services not utilized.

We accept Visa, JCB, Master and American Express Cards.

 2. Payment by Bank Transfer:

The full payment of your travel arrangements is usually required
latest 14 days (2 weeks) before commencement of our services- for details read your reservation confirmation email. . Payment can be made by Bank Transfer to our account:
